1° day :ROME : Arrival at Roma Fiumicino airport, transfer to your hotel. Dinner and overnight in Rome 2° DAY :ANCIENT ROME Breakfast in hotel. You'll have a pleasant stroll in the archaeological area, admiring the remains of Ancient Rome: the Colosseum, the Roman Forum, the Imperial Forums, the Capitol and Piazza Venezia., Free lunch during the tour. In the afternoon you can visit the Ghetto, Tiber Island and one of the oldest district of Rome: Trastevere. Dinner around the hotel area. In the evening you can attend the Christmas Mass in the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore nearby the hotel. Overnight in Rome. 3° DAY:ROME'S SQUARES Breakfast in hotel. The whole day will be dedicated to the visit of the beautiful and elegant squares of Rome: Piazza Navona, the so called "living room" of the City, where you'll admire the very famous Fontana dei Quattro Fiumi (Fountain of the Four Rivers) by Bernini; Piazza del Pantheon, where you'll visit the interior of the best preserved roman temple in the world, built by Emperor Hadrian in the II century A.D.; Fontana di Trevi, one of the most representative monuments in Rome and symbol of the Baroque City; Piazza di Spagna, with the famous Spanish Steps and the church Trinità dei Monti. Lunch in restaurant during the tour. Time for shopping. Free dinner. Overnight in Rome. 4° day:ROME Breakfast in hotel. Free morning. In the afternoon you'll visit the most important churches in Rome and the world: St. John Lateran, the first Christian building in the Roman Empire and the real Cathedral of Rome; St. Mary Major, the main Basilica dedicated to the Virgin Mary in Rome: here, the remains of Jesus' manger are preserved; St. Paul outside the Walls, an immense church built by Constantine the Great in the same place where the Apostole Paul was buried. Lunch in restaurant during the tour. Free dinner. Overnight in Rome. 5° day : ROME AND THE VATICAN Breakfast in hotel. Visit of the Vatican Museums, the Sistine Chapel (the Pope's Private Chapel) and St. Peter's Basilica; in the church you'll have the opportunity to admire the new yomb of the blessing John Paul II, moved here from the Vatican Grottoes last may 1, as a consequence of his beatification. Dinner around the hotel area. Christmas Mass in the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore nearby the hotel. Overnight in Rome. 6° day :ROME - PARIS Breakfast in hotel. Free time for shopping. In the afternoon transfer to airport and departure for Paris with flight..... Transfer to the hotel. Free dinner and overnight. 7° day : PARIS Breakfast in hotel. Visit the city. You can visit the gothic Cathedral Notre Dame, Sainte Chapelle, Ile de la Cite, and the French capital's most famous landmarks as the Eiffel Tower, Montmartre-meeting many artists such as Picasso -and Modigliani, the Arc de Triomphe. Free lunch. In the afternoon you can visit the Louvre Museum where is kept the famous Mona Lisa. Dinner at the foot of the Eiffel Tower in a tipical bistrot. Overnight. 8° day :PARIS Breakfast in hotel. Free morning for: climb the Eiffel Tower to admire the city from a point of view really unusual and for a stroll around the Champs-Elysee 9° day:PARIS Breakfast in hotel. Free day to enjoy the city. New Year Eve Dinner in a tipical Lebanese restaurant. Overnight. 10° day : PARIS - BEYRUT After breakfast leave the hotel to go to airport and departure for Beirut
